Shipping Information:
Shipping is FREE with every order shipped within the contiguous United States. Contact us for orders to be shipped outside this area and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Products are usually packed and shipped within 4 days of the order being placed, if there is a delay you will be notified. Orders are shipped from California and take 10-14 days to arrive. Some items are shipped "knocked down" to protect them during shipping and will need to be assembled upon arrival.
Return Policy

We hope that you (or your customers) will receive enjoyment from our products for
years to come. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee lets you put your patio furniture to the test. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days and we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item. In addition, we have a 10 Year Warranty. We will repair or replace any defective product for 10 Years from the original purchase date. Wear and tear, negligence, misuse, and damage caused by the effects of normal severe weather occurrences or unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty.
Cushion Return Policy
Cushions can be returned but are subject to a 50% restocking fee and shipping charge.
